Kirk is President and Chief Executive Officer of TW Metals, LLC, a $1 billion revenue global specialty metals distributor, headquartered in Exton, PA with locations in North America, Europe and Asia. With over forty years of experience, Kirk orginally joined TW Metals in 2002 as Vice President, Finance and Administration, and later became Chief Financial Officer before being appointed President and CEO in 2017. He has a deep background in finance, accounting and executive leadership, with prior experience as Audit Manager at Deloitte before taking financial roles at a number of publicly-owned companies, including Mediq Incorporated, PCI Services, and Owosso Corporation.
Kirk currently serves on the Board of Governors for the School of Business and served on the Alumni board from 2018 until 2024, including as chair of the Finance Committee. He also currently serves as the Chairman, Finance Committee for Spookstock Foundation, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the flourishing of Shadow Warrior families.
Kirk married Patty Fralinger ’84 in 1986 and they have three daughters and a son. Their oldest daughter, Caitlin, graduated from the College in 2010 and their second daughter, Allison, graduated in 2016. They are blessed with five grandchildren, with one on the way. When they are not in their native New Jersey, they enjoy their home on Kiawah Island as much as possible.
