Below is the draft meeting schedule and required associated events:

Thursday, November 5:
  6:00 pm – Campaign Launch, TD Arena (black-tie, adults only)

Friday, November 6:
8:30 am – Board Breakfast, Tate Center, Room 202, School of Business
9:00-11:00 am – Meetings and Tour
11:00 am – Group transportation to Scholarship Luncheon from Tate Center
11:30 am-1:30 pm – Scholarship Luncheon, Gailliard Center
1:30-1:45 pm – Group transportation back to Tate Center for meeting
1:45-3:15 pm – Business Meeting
3:30-5:00 pm – Optional event: SAA/C2C Mentoring Event OR
get ready for the tailgate on your own
5:00-7:00 pm – Basketball Tailgate in Cistern Yard (requires a ticket)
7:00 pm – Men’s Basketball game vs. Newberry College (ticket availability TBA)

Saturday, November 7
9:00-10:15 am – Alumni Awards Breakfast Drop-In, Hill Gallery, School of the Arts

10:30-11:30 am – Alumni Awards Ceremony, Sottile Theatre (please RSVP
separately here: https://cofc-alumni.info/CofCAwards26)
12:00-1:00 pm – Board Luncheon and Presentation, Tate Center, Room 202
1:30-3:15 pm – Meetings and Tour
3:15-5:00 pm – Homecoming optional activities or Break
5:00-8:00 pm – Oyster Roast/Lowcountry Boil, Cistern Yard (requires a ticket)

OUT OF TOWN MEMBERS: To qualify for hotel accommodations (up to three nights regardless of distance), out of town members must attend all stated events each day they’re staying overnight on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (including the Campaign Launch, Meetings, Tailgate, Awards Ceremony, Oyster Roast, etc.). Ticket purchase may be required for some events.
