New Alumni Board Members – Annual Meeting Overnight Accommodations – May 2026

New Alumni Board Members – Overnight Accommodations Specifically for the Annual Meeting on May 1 during Spring Alumni Weekend 2026:
Newly elected out-of-town 2026 Alumni Board members will be offered one complimentary night (Friday, May 1) at the Hilton Garden Inn Waterfront/Downtown. If members would like to stay additional nights other than May 1, they are welcome to stay at their own expense. The discounted rate for these nights is $459+tax per night.

Board members living outside the Charleston metropolitan area who need overnight accommodations for an Alumni Association board meeting must first confirm participation in the meeting. Accommodations will include reservations at a nearby hotel. If board members wish to stay for additional evenings, it must be at their own expense.

One complimentary room night will be provided to those who live outside the Charleston Metropolitan area and up to 350 miles from campus; up to two complimentary room nights will be provided for those who live more than 350 miles from campus.

Please Note: Any board member for whom the Alumni Association is providing housing is expected to attend their committee meeting(s), the Board reception/social, and the Board meeting in its entirety. All reservations will be made at the Hilton Garden Inn at 45 Lockwood Dr. in downtown Charleston unless otherwise noted.

*Requests will be accommodated at a first-come, first-served basis. Requests received after the April 10 deadline may not be accommodated.
