James “Mike” Kennedy retired from his career in law enforcement. Mr. Kennedy earned his MS in counseling from Lubbock Christian University in 2003 and his law enforcement certification from New Mexico Southeastern Law Enforcement Academy in 2011. He and his wife, Tricia, reside in Oklahoma City, OK.

Dr. Ron Cooper is a Senior Professor of Philosophy at the College of Central Florida. He is the author of five publications, and his most recent work, the poem “Metals,” will be published in Deep South Magazine soon. He and his wife, Sandra, reside in Ocala, Florida.

Matthew “Matt” Conroy  is an M&A Integration Director at Maersk. Mr. Conroy earned his MBA from the University of Cape Town in 2009. He resides in South Holland, Netherlands, with his two children.

William “Will” Lanahan, IV, recently launched his company, Offsite, a high-end luggage and gear company. He and his wife, Shannon, welcomed their second daughter in December 2025, and the family resides in Baltimore, MD.

Lauren Barta Coppola is the Chief Product Officer at Vescent and recently launched the Vescent app to the Apple App Store and Google Play. Ms. Coppola earned her MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business in 2010. She and her husband, Nick, reside in Atlanta, GA, with their two children. Ms. Coppola recently made a gift to the School of Natural and Environmental Sciences Dean’s Excellence Fund.

Jacklyn Hammons is a Research Lab Manager at Emory University. Ms. Hammond recently published her first, first-author scientific manuscript in Hepatology in July 2025. She resides in Powder Springs, GA, with her three children.
