Ring Ceremony

Ring recipients are allowed to reserve two (2) guest tickets. Guests of Ring Recipients must RSVP online (link TBA).
Ring recipients must arrive to Sottile Theatre by 4:15 pm sharp
Hosted by the Alumni Association, this auspicious ceremony will highlight the history of the CofC ring and the symbolism of its design. College President Andrew Hsu will present your ring to you and a professional photographer will be on hand to record the moment. Before putting on your ring, the President of the Alumni Association will provide instructions on how to wear it before and after graduation and will ask ring recipients to put their rings on the first time together.
Ring recipients: Once registration is available early February, you must register yourself as a recipient and provide how your name is pronounced for our announcer. You may register up to two guests to attend. All guests will need tickets to attend, as seating is limited. Please arrive at Sottile Theatre by 4:15 pm SHARP to check-in, receive your name card for the announcer, and line up for the ceremony. Please don’t be late!
Important Reminder: There is no secure location to leave bags, purses, phones, etc. Please leave these items with your guests or at another location.
*If you do not participate in the Ring Ceremony, you will receive an email the week following the Ceremony with instructions for picking up your ring. Pickup will not be allowed prior to the Ring Ceremony.
Guests: Tickets are required as seating is limited.
