Alumni are welcome to register for up to two shifts on Friday, August 19, and Saturday, August 20. Two-hour shifts are on a first-come, first-served basis. Locations and duties include: Towell Library (greeting volunteers and giving out t-shirts), Liberty Residence Hall (handing out snacks and water to students/families moving in), and Berry Residence Hall (handing out snacks and water to students/families moving in).
Alumni volunteers will check in at Towell Library to receive their complimentary Maroon Move-In Volunteer t-shirt to be worn during volunteer shifts. Volunteers will not be ticketed if they park in H Lot (next to 13 Coming St.) or AD Lot (behind Addlestone Library; do not park in spots labeled “24/7”). Some residential street parking may also be available.
Step one: Register below to participate in Maroon Move-In and look for your confirmation email*. The last day to register is Wednesday, August 17, while available.
Step two: Sign up for (up to two) volunteer shifts using the Sign Up Genius link in your confirmation email. Shifts are on a first-come, first-served basis, and only the shifts available will appear. You are not fully signed up until you successfully register for shifts through Sign Up Genius. The last day to sign up for shifts is Wednesday, August 17, while available.
