Mr. Renault is the Director of Tax Credits and Housing for the South Carolina Community Loan Fund (SCCLF). In this role, he is primarily responsible for managing the organization’s New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit programs and the existing portfolio. Prior to SCCLF, Mr. Renault was the founder and former owner of Image360 Charleston, a locally-owned sign and graphics company that was affiliated with a North American franchise network. Before his entrepreneurial experience, he held various positions in the banking industry over the course of his 22-year career including sales and management responsibilities in retail and commercial lending as well as commercial real estate and wealth management.
Mr. Renault grew up on Hilton Head Island and has spent most of his life in the Lowcountry of South Carolina. His professional life has taken him across South Carolina and parts of Georgia.
He has two sons in college and lives in Charleston, SC.
