Dr. Joynicole Martinez is the founder of The Alchemist Agency and serves as President & Chief Advancement and Innovation Officer at Rising Tide Capital, a nonprofit advancing inclusive entrepreneurship. She brings over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, leadership development, and organizational design.
Recognized as a Top 100 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leader, she received the Distinguished Service Medal for her work supporting underserved populations during COVID-19. An epidemiologist and advocate for equitable systems, she focuses on initiatives that improve population health and economic opportunity.
Dr. Martinez is an award-winning speaker who has trained executives globally and worked with major organizations across industries. She also contributes to leadership and policy initiatives, including the Forbes Coaches Council, and serves in advisory and board roles supporting community impact. Dr. Martinez serves as a Board Member for Girls On The Run, is the US Ambassador for Diplomatic World Magazine and is a staff contributor to North Carolina’s oldest minority owned newspaper, The Carolinian.
