Her career spans executive-level consulting and large-scale operational leadership, including work with Fortune 500 and global technology companies to modernize revenue operations, redesign commercial models, and implement scalable go-to-market systems.
Beyond her professional work, Jessica is the co-host of The Sugar Daddy Podcast, a financial literacy platform dedicated to helping millennials build a clear financial plan, so they can feel confident and in control of their money. The podcast has been featured in outlets including Investopedia, Fortune, CNN Underscored, MarketWatch, HuffPost, The Knot and more. Additionally, Jessica has authored two award winning children’s books. Your Hair is Magic: Bed Head was featured on LIVE with Kelly and Ryan on ABC in 2021.
Jessica is an active community member in the Raleigh, NC area, supporting organizations including the Diaper Bank of NC, the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina, Raleigh Rescue Mission and Wake Up and Read.
She resides in the Raleigh area with her husband, Brandon Norwood (CofC c/o 2005), and two children.
