Ms. Jashienski is currently the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Porter-Gaud and The O’Quinn Schools. Ms. Jashienski holds her SHRM-SCP certification and most recently served on the HR Council for NBOA (National Business Officers Association for Independent Schools).
A Charleston native, Ms. Jashienski graduated from the College of Charleston in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Marketing with a Minor in Fine Arts Photography with the dreams of being a modeling scout. During her time at the College, she was also a Resident Assistant. Through an HR internship with the Business School her senior year, Ms. Jashienski found her passion for Human Resources and has worked in a variety of industries including hospitality, automotive, textile, and education.
Having not been able to take advantage of study abroad during undergrad, she took a leap across the pond in 2015 to Stirling, Scotland where she earned her Master of Science in International Human Resource Management in 2016 from the University of Stirling. Upon returning to the USA, Ms. Jashienski was an integral part of the success of our Jacksonville, FL Chapter of the Alumni Association from 2017-2019.
When she’s not studying up on the latest labor law, assisting her employees, or helping students create the yearbook at PG, she enjoys attending Pilates/yoga classes and spending time with her family and friends.
