Alumni Association Board of Directors Meeting Overnight Accommodations – July 2022

Please complete and submit the below form by Friday, June 17, to qualify for overnight accommodations provided by the Alumni Association.

ALUMNI ASSOCIATION BOARD OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATION POLICY

Board members living 50 miles or more from campus who need overnight accommodations for an Alumni Association board meeting and/or an Alumni Association-sponsored event must first confirm participation in the meeting(s) or event(s), including ticket purchase(s), if required. Accommodations can include campus guest housing or a nearby hotel if campus housing is unavailable. If Board members wish to stay for additional evenings, they must make their own arrangements and pay the College or the hotel directly for any additional nights and/or charges.

Please Note: For the July 2022 Alumni Board meeting, the Alumni Association will provide complimentary overnight accommodations for Board members who live outside the Charleston metropolitan area—one night for those who live more than 50, but less than 350 miles from campus, and up to two nights for those who live more than 350 miles from campus. To qualify for complimentary overnight accommodations, Board members must attend their committee meeting and the CofC Night at the RiverDogs game on Thursday, July 28, and the Alumni Board meeting on Friday morning, July 29.
