Join President Hsu for CofC’s Bridge Run Buffet, Friday, April 5
Register to join President Hsu on Friday evening, April 5, from 5:30-8 pm for a delicious all-you-care-to-eat dinner at Liberty Fresh Food Co. Award-winning Executive Chef Tonya Williams has curated a Bridge Run Buffet to delight all ages and appetites, featuring:
- Full Fresh Salad Bar
- Indulgent Brick Oven Pizzas
- Craft your own pasta masterpiece with cheese ravioli, penne, linguine, marinara sauce, Alfredo sauce, pesto sauce, plant-based meatballs, Italian sausage, grilled chicken, sautéed spinach, grilled peppers and onions, sautéed mushrooms, parmesan cheese, and garlic bread.

Liberty Fresh Food Co. is located at 30 St. Philip Street, on the corner of St. Philip and Liberty Streets. For older alumni, it’s across the street from the former Craig Cafeteria.
College of Charleston students, alumni, and employees can register to participate in the annual Cooper River Bridge Run with President Hsu on Saturday, April 6, for a discounted price of $45 by using the code COFC24. The 6.2 mile run and walk takes participants from Mount Pleasant, across the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge, through historic downtown Charleston, and finishes at George and Meeting streets. Over 40,000 people are expected to participate in the event.
