Alumni Association Board of Directors Meetings – Fall Alumni Weekend 2021 Overnight Accommodations
Please complete and submit the below form by Monday, October 11, in order to qualify for housing provided by the Alumni Association.
ALUMNI ASSOCIATION BOARD OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATION POLICY
Board members living outside the Charleston metropolitan area who need overnight accommodations for an Alumni Association board meeting or an Alumni Association-sponsored event must first confirm participation in the meeting(s) or event(s), including ticket purchase(s), if required. Arrangements include campus guest housing or a nearby hotel if campus housing is unavailable. If Board members wish to stay for additional evenings, they must make their own arrangements and pay the College or the hotel directly for any additional charges.
Please Note: For the November Board meeting, the Alumni Association will provide complimentary guest housing for arrival on Thursday, November 18 – and departing on Sunday, November 21, as long as you are attending Alumni Association Board and Fall Alumni Weekend events.
