Alumni Association Board of Directors Meeting Overnight Accommodations – November 2022

ALUMNI ASSOCIATION BOARD OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATION POLICY

Board members living outside the Charleston metropolitan area who need overnight accommodations for an Alumni Association board meeting must first confirm participation in the meeting. Accommodations can include campus guest housing or a nearby hotel if campus housing is unavailable or limited. If Board members wish to stay for additional evenings, it must be at their own expense.

Please Note: For the November 2022 Alumni Board meeting, room availability is extremely limited, and requests will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests received after the Sept. 29 deadline will not be accommodated. One complimentary room night will be provided to those who live outside the Charleston Metropolitan Area and up to 350 miles from campus; and up to two complimentary room nights will be provided for those who live more than 350 miles from campus. If Board members wish to stay for additional evenings, it must be at their own expense. Room rates in campus guest housing will be approximately $55 per night and a special rate of $162 (plus taxes and fees) has been negotiated at the Charleston Marriott.
